2. Estimates & Agreements
Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of quoting and are not binding until accepted by the customer. Pricing may change if the scope of work or site conditions change. Deposits may be required to reserve scheduling and materials and are non-refundable once scheduling or preparation has begun.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Installation and service dates are scheduled in advance but may be adjusted due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property on the scheduled service date. Requests to reschedule should be made as early as possible.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be provided on your invoice or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of services. Late or unpaid balances may result in delayed service, takedown, or future scheduling restrictions.
5. Maintenance & Satisfaction Guarantee
Griswold’s Christmas Lights Inc. offers a Christmas Glee Guarantee, providing 100% satisfaction on lighting services during the installation season. Lighting issues reported while the lights are installed will be serviced at no additional cost, typically within 48 hours, weather and scheduling permitting. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by severe weather, misuse, tampering, or customer interference.
6. Liability
Griswold’s Christmas Lights Inc. is not responsible for pre-existing structural, roofing, or electrical issues, nor for damage caused by improper home maintenance, unsafe mounting surfaces, severe weather, or third-party interference. Customers are responsible for notifying us of known hazards and ensuring safe property access.
7. Website Content
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Griswold’s Christmas Lights Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
